We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team as a Supervisor at our popular establishment located in the heart of Shipton Moyne, Tetbury.

Responsibilities:

Based on 35 hours a week.

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable. Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, offering menu suggestions and catering to any dietary preferences or requirements. Serve food and drinks to tables with precision and attention to detail, ensuring all orders are correct and presented beautifully. Maintain a clean and organised dining area at all times, including clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and re-setting tables for the next guests. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or complaints professionally. Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of food and drinks. Daily management of the restaurants and bar Stay updated on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information and upsell when appropriate. Handle cash and process payments accurately, utilising our point-of-sale system efficiently. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in accordance with relevant health regulations and guidelines. Have to ability to cash up and close down a shift in a progressive and detailed manner.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. We value enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn above all else. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A passion for food and beverage, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
