Disco Bowl Warrington is growing and we're looking for a

Supervisor

to help lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, fun entertainment venue and support the next stage of our journey.

Who We're Looking For:

18+ with the confidence to lead from the front Ideally with experience supervising or leading a small team Great with people and committed to delivering excellent customer service Organised, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the team to deliver a fantastic customer experience Oversee daily operations across bar, reception, and lanes Ensure the venue is clean, safe, and running smoothly Help train and develop team members to reach their potential
