Yogoo! Natural frozen yogurt is UK's premium natural frozen yogurt brand with a signature yogurt taste unique to other brands on the market. Yogoo is all about pure, natural frozen yogurt, low in fat and with live yogurt culture which has been established in the UK and also taken internationally.

ROLE SUMMARY

In this role you will be responsible for delivering a great in store experience whilst delivering strong store visual and operational standards and supporting the development and training of our team.

You will be responsible for leading by example, and coaching others where needed, to make sure that our customers feel welcome and are offered excellent customer service. Ensuring that Product presentation and Shop visual standards are always excellent. Understanding the product ranges, promoting these within the team, and explaining these to our customers. Responding to customer feedback and queries when needed, ensuring the customer is always happy. To organise and help co-ordinate the running of the shop through staff management eg doing weekly rota, prioritising and delegation of duties. Responsible for processing deliveries' efficiently and ensuring that on the shop floor products are replenished and always available for customers. Assists in supervision of stock takes to ensure accurate ordering. Support with compliance and day to day transactional running of the shop, including necessary paperwork, cashing up and having good operational knowledge of in store systems and processes. Show good understanding of policies and procedures and capable of escalating operational issues and risks to the franchisee. Understanding the Health & Safety and emergency procedures in store. Assist management in creating a positive atmosphere in the shop which is focused on delivering the best sales and service results. A team player and instrumental in Team Briefs, including leading these in management absence to ensure the team are set up with the information and motivation to achieve targets. Responsible for delegating tasks to the team appropriately to ensure the day to day running of the shop. To seek out opportunities to train and develop the team to support with the efficiency and smooth running of the shop. Assist management with the communication and completion of wellbeing initiatives and escalates people queries to relevant management and people team.

You are expected to work flexibly and efficiently, and to maintain the highest professional standards in discharging your responsibilities and in promoting and implementing the corporate policies of Yogoo! Natural Frozen Yogurt.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
