Assist in the allocation of tasks to ensure efficient use of resources.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for high levels of satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, promoting a safe working environment.
Assist in placing orders with suppliers and maintaining stock control.
Issuing and managing rosters and ensuring they are rostered efficiently.
Experience
Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is essential, preferably in a restaurant or cafe setting.
Strong understanding of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is required.
