Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor/ Assistant Manager to join our dynamic bar. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cocktails and customer service.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the bar area
- Coordinate with bar staff to ensure efficient drink service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations
- Train and mentor bar staff on proper cocktail preparation and service techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally

Skills
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within bar environment is essential
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and staff efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour
