We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality and food service establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, restaurant experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties



Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of kitchen and front-of-house staff, ensuring smooth operation throughout shifts including evenings and weekends. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high quality standards Manage team schedules, delegate tasks, and monitor staff performance to foster a motivated and efficient team environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Assist in training new staff members in food production, serving procedures, and hospitality protocols Maintain stock levels, order supplies as needed, and oversee inventory management Handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally, ensuring excellent service delivery Collaborate with management on menu planning, marketing, special events, and operational improvements

Requirements



Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production Experience in team management with excellent leadership qualities Familiarity with restaurant or hotel environments; barista or serving experience is advantageous Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage multiple priorities effectively Good communication skills and a professional demeanour suitable for a supervisory role
