You'll be responsible for ensuring that all our guests have an exhilarating and fun experience at our Funzy park located in the city centre of Bradford.
Ensuring heaps of engagement with both guests and the 'Funzy Team' will achieve a smooth operation that delivers great guest satisfaction.
Leadership qualities are key as is a minimum of one years' experience in managing a team! You will be managing your shift regardless of whether the senior management are on the park - it will be your ship to sail, a keen eye for detail will ensure all operational and safety standards are met on the park and in our amazing birthday parties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Opening and closing the facility appropriately.
Managing staff effectively and efficiently.
Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are up to date and strictly adhered to.
Ensuring the venue is suitable stocked at all times.
Ensure all income is recorded accurately and Money handling procedures are adhered by all staff.
Deal with queries from the public and customers with an ability to actively gain and quantify all feedback.
All other tasks that contribute to the successful day to day running of the venue.
Drive sales through new business ideas and marketing.
Manage sales and marketing, including email campaign and social media.
Manage park maintenance and report any serious matters to General Manager.
