POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation to deliver a wide range of front of house services that guide the guest through their entire stay. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of 1-2 years' experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel.
