We are seeking a dedicated Retail Keyholder to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the Store Manager in daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for retail, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development.
Oversee merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive prompt and courteous assistance.
Implement effective time management practices to optimise staff schedules and store performance.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment on store goals and objectives.
Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Experience
Proven experience in retail supervisory roles is essential.
Cash handling
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficient in merchandising techniques.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience within a retail setting is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 10.50-12.71 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
