Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor or Manager to oversee our day to day running. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for coffees and customer service ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service and maintains the highest standards of food safety and production. This role is crucial in fostering a positive work atmosphere while ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Lead and manage staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Supervise day to day running of business to maintain quality and consistency. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Assist in the training of new team members, promoting best practices. Coordinate activities during service hours, ensuring timely delivery for customers. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging teamwork and open communication among staff. Address any operational issues promptly to maintain workflow efficiency.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory role setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and management. A background in hospitality.
