We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assisting the Store Leader in the operation of our store.
Oversee daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
Train, mentor, and develop sales associates to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor team performance against their goals.
Conduct regular team briefings to communicate objectives, updates, and motivational strategies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise effectively.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure product displays are organised and appealing.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions based on findings.
Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
