Responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of staff members in a fast paced retail setting. Assist in the training and development of team members. Oversee daily operations, including food production, inventory management, and quality control. Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the shop floor and backup area's, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide support in serving guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. Foster a positive team atmosphere by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a retail environment is essential. Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing guest experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business needs.
