We are looking to recruit a Planned Works & Void Supervisor to join our team in North Tyneside area.

About the Role

You\xe2\x80\x99ll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll provide support with the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within the overall time, whilst implementing MSPS policies, company and industry standards, ensuing the management of the contract and work outputs exceeds the agreed budget profiles.

About You

Candidates will have previous experience with a trade background (i.e., plumbing, multi skilled, carpentry etc), ideally within a social housing environment, coupled with the ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships. Holding SSSTS or SMSTS, candidates will be comfortable managing a team of operatives with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels, IT literate and excellent organisational skills.
