We`re looking for a
Supplier Assurance Manager
to help us manage and enhance our supplier relationships, making sure they meet high standards of performance, compliance and social value. You`ll play a key role in ensuring our procurement practices are not only efficient and legally compliant, but also aligned with our social purpose.
What you`ll be doing
In this role, you`ll lead the day-to-day management of our supplier base from onboarding and performance monitoring to risk mitigation and relationship building. You`ll:
Ensure supplier records and contracts are accurately maintained across key systems (Source to Pay, MRI).
Monitor and enforce compliance with the
Procurement Act 2023
and internal procurement policies.
Proactively manage supplier and contract risks, ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance.
Oversee utility supplier contracts across the GSA portfolio, ensuring service quality and regulatory standards are met.
Drive data accuracy and process improvements across the full contract lifecycle - from setup to termination.
About you
You re an experienced procurement or supplier management professional, ideally with a background in housing, local government, or another regulated sector. You`ll bring:
A solid understanding of the
Public Contracts Regulations
and/or
Procurement Act 2023
.
Experience in supplier assurance, contract management, or procurement compliance.
Strong working knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and contract documentation.
Confidence using procurement systems (Source to Pay experience is a bonus).
Strong commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Working towards or willing to work towards a
CIPS qualification
, or equivalent through experience.
A
