Supplier Performance Manager- Permanent

We are recruiting a brand new position where we are seeking a proactive supplier performance manager to oversee global supplier operations across all categories and regions, drive efficiency programs, manage capacity and risk, lead performance reviews, resolve day-to-day issues, and deliver continuous improvement through KPI-driven planning and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

Being a Supplier Performance Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll be:
Manage global supplier performance across all categories, channels, and regions. Collaborate with Supply Planning and Procurement to address capacity constraints and drive efficiency programs. Lead supplier performance reviews with internal and external stakeholders. Resolve day-to-day supplier issues and proactively manage supply and obsolescence risks. Drive continuous improvement and cost savings through KPI tracking and supplier collaboration.

Who you are

It's your unique ingredients we're interested in:


Experience managing diverse supplier networks across multiple categories and levels Proven project management skills with a strong focus on cost savings & performance improvements Background in operational and strategic supply planning within FMCG or retail environments Knowledge of supply chain processes (e.g. performance monitoring, risk management, contingency planning, collaborative planning) Strong analytical abilities and demonstrated leadership capability.




Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from one of our office locations (Central London, Loudwater or Basildon) a minimum of 2 days per week,
