The primary focus of this role is to ensure effective, efficient and cohesive operational supply chain support to a key client. You will need to develop and maintain great working relationships with Suppliers, the Client and internal Stakeholders. This role will drive supplier relationships and ensure a consistent approach is applied across the supply chain.

And as a Supplier Relationship Manager with Bellrock, you'll do it by
Prepare and lead structured supplier review meetings with appropriate suppliers and professional bodies to develop a constructive and open relationship to mutual advantage
Manage formal performance improvement process where required, ensuring that it is done in line with contractual obligations
Be responsible for client escalations in relation to supplier performance & conduct
The operational and tactical management of suppliers in accordance with the requirements of its clients.
Provide supplier performance and market intelligence to internal customers to enable Bellrock to maximise its commercial opportunities
Responsible for the delivery of new supplier integrations and communication
Identify and implement cost saving opportunities through thorough analysis and benchmarking. Conduct cost comparisons across vendors, services, and operational processes to ensure maximum value.
Continuously explore and evaluate innovative solutions, tools, and processes that can improve operational efficiency, service delivery, or cost performance.
Support supplier rate negotiations to secure favourable terms and pricing, aligning with budget and performance goals.
Coordinate service schedules and manage preparation for contract termination, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising service disruptions.
Develop and document standardised processes to improve consistency, accountability, and efficiency across functions.
In collaboration with stakeholders, support the implementation of all risk controls and measures in respect of Bellrock's Procurement Policy
What does it take?
If you're ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll need
Have at least 3 years within a supplier facing role
Have CIPS level 4 or be willing to achieve
Have demonstrable knowledge of strong supplier engagement
Have experience in senior stakeholder management and cross[1]functional team working
Have demonstrable knowledge of data analysis
Have experience in project management
Confident Communicator

Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
