The Supply Chain Administrator provides effective support to the AGS Group Supply Chain function on supplier agreements, internal data management and system updates, and other procurement arrangements. Additionally, the role assists in collecting and organising data to help monitor internal compliance with procurement policies and procedures across AGS Airports' business units.


They are responsible for:

Managing and co-ordinating all procurement templates, policies and procedures to ensure compliance across the AGS Group. Managing supplier data integrity within the business' key systems. Working with external providers and key stakeholders. The post-holder must take a proactive approach and exhibit a passion for delivering exceptional results to the bottom line.

Principle accountabilities



Manage the day-to-day application of policies and procedures governing the Supply Chain and contractual processes within the business. Create & run reports showing third party spend & commitments by multiple variants (supplier, category, timeframe) via the procurement system. This will include flagging recurring data gaps or inconsistencies to senior colleagues for further investigation. Provide functional assistance and guidance to resolve Supply Chain issues in relation to purchase to pay process and invoice queries. Develop and produce innovative Supply Chain reporting across the AGS Group to ensure consistency and integrity of data relating to procurement activity and internal compliance. Responsible for assisting the wider Supply Chain team with procurement activity including contract renewals and quick quotes. Ensuring that local governance & processes are compliant with agreed internal & external procurement standards including monitoring adherence across various business units, under guidance from senior staff. Responsible for supplier onboarding and risk management including Modern Slavery compliance. Assist with any business import / export requirements from a Supply Chain perspective. Maintain and manage internal Supply Chain SharePoint site. Assist with the delivery of Supply Chain training to the AGS Group to ensure compliance with internal process and procedures. Administration of Supply Chain systems. Support the induction of new members of staff into the Supply Chain team as required. Undertake other administrative tasks relating to supply chain compliance monitoring as requested by the Supply Chain management. Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business

Qualifications and experience



Essential:



Ability to demonstrate relevant experience or experience in a similar role evidencing capability. Ability to exercise sound judgment within pre-determined parameters. Ability to build and maintain strong, effective working relationships across the business. Ability to evidence good communication skills at all levels. Ability to work on own initiative & perform well under pressure. Analytical skills and focus on attention to detail. IT literate, with proficient use of Microsoft Office suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Desirable:



Administration/Supply Chain experience.
Experience of using SharePoint and Power BI.



Framework and boundaries



The role covers both Opex & Capex for all AGS Airports. Using Supply Chain Tools. Monitoring risk & compliance across procurement processes. Works within pre-determined governance structure as defined by the Supply Chain Director. No direct reports. Regular interaction with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. The role supports internal compliance monitoring activities to support management's decision-making. All findings and issues identified through data collection are referred to senior supply chain team members for follow-up. No direct responsibility for external regulatory compliance or direct recommendations to business partners.
