Position Summary
As a Supply Chain Analytics Translation Manager, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across our supply chain operations. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will bridge the gap between technical analytics and business strategy, ensuring data-driven solutions align with our goals. Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Translate complex data analytics into clear, actionable insights for supply chain teams and stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data solutions meet business needs and drive operational improvements.
Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes using data-driven strategies.
Partner with technical teams to identify opportunities for cost efficiency and operational improvements.
Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely data analysis.
Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment between analytics initiatives and business objectives
Partner across the Supply Chain Analytics team to document the analytical solutions landscape and future impact from new system integrations (OMP, APO, S4 HANA, ERP, Financial systems etc.)
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
Proven experience in supply chain analytics or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical data into business language.
Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Advanced degree in a related field.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Familiarity with supply chain management systems and tools (ERP, S4 HANA, OMP).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
This role is based in the United Kingdom/ Belgium and offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration.
