Role Summary

  • Responsible for the international logistics process, controlling the movement of stock from supplier to DC and from DC to our International stores and Partners.
  • Assisting in the compilation of accurate KPI reports on both a regular and ad-hoc basis
  • Work alongside our colleagues in the Buying, Merchandising and Logistics teams internally and our external partners, to ensure the smooth, efficient flow of stock, achieving both the best availability and cost service to the business.
  • Shared responsibilities for training new Team members in all aspects of Supply Chain Team.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Daily management of inbound flow of stock from supplier factory through to FF destination DC as part of the team.
  • Daily / weekly running and checking of department operational and management reports.
  • Checking invoice details ready for authorisation and updating on commercial systems.
  • Accurate data entry relating to function as part of the team.
  • Supporting rest of the team in all operational and administrative functions as necessary.
  • Assisting in operational running of the outbound supply chain for our international stores and Partners.
  • Supporting Supply Chain Manager/Senior Supply Chain & International Operator in producing management reports.
  • Working with other departments to both support and influence the right decision for the business.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, internally and externally, globally across different time zones and cultures.
  • Develop and maintain all required training guides and material for Supply Chain Administrators as required.
  • Shared responsibility for the training of new Supply Chain Team members to a competent level.
  • Any additional tasks as required to meet continuing developing business needs.
  • Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times\xc2\xbf
Experience Level / Qualification Level
  • Good GCSE (or equivalent) in both Maths and English.
  • Good level of IT competence.
  • Previous experience in the industry an advantage.
  • Experience on projects would be an advantage but not essential.
Role Competencies
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise according to business needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, including advanced skills with pivot tables and v-lookups.
  • The ability to check the accuracy of the output before publishing.
  • Good, confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to lead weekly meetings with peers as required.
  • Analytical skills to effectively communicate department operational and management reports if required.
