We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating supply chain activities to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of orders, goods and materials. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, utilising advanced systems to optimise logistics operations and support overall business objectives.
Duties
Open Order management
Overdue orders follow up with suppliers, challenge or investigate issues that could cause production issues for the customer.
Communication with team and customer regarding late shipments and estimated due dates
Data analysis to produce PO/Delivery metrics
Timely resolution of Account Receivables and Account Payables queries when needed
Ad hoc and general administration as requested by Site Manager
Supporting other roles when needed
Experience
Good communication skills,
Must be PC Literate with good MS Excel skills
Supply chain management experience an advantage
Experience of working within a manufacturing environment an advantage
Ability to work independently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
