The Role in a Nutshell:
As an Operations Coordinator, you\xe2\x80\x99ll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our 3PL partners. Your mission? To dive into data, investigate stock issues, and boost customer service excellence. Your expertise in inventory management and efficient reporting will help us cut costs and streamline processes.

Your Must-Haves:

• Proven supply chain or operational experience (minimum 2 years)
• Familiarity with 3PL management
• Hands-on experience in order fulfilment (B2C)
• Strong grasp of ERP systems
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail, and multitasking prowess
• Proficiency in competitive analysis, consumer insights, positioning, and business model creation

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with 3PL operations to ensure on-time deliveries and investigate any hiccups
• Coordinate with production planners to maintain a steady inventory supply
• Safeguard stock integrity through regular cycle counts
• Work in tandem with the inventory team to align marketing efforts (e.g., run out plans, handling out-of-stock situations, managing packaging changes)
• Identify challenges and opportunities for improvements related to promotions, reports, new products, and programs
