Position Available:

Supply Chain Coordinator

Salary:

Between 24,843.00 to 26,500.00 per annum depending on experience.

Inverness

Hours:

Ideally a Full-time role (39-Hours), but flexibility on hours will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

:

Assist in the management of the marine equipment sales business. Monitor stock levels and targets in line with projected sales levels for designated product categories. Regularly review designated key supplier accounts, ensuring we are receiving the efficient service we require to meet our quality standards. Build good relations with customers and provide an efficient smooth service and supply to the marine industry. Assist the wider supply chain team with general sales and customer enquiries. Consistently check reports on the order system and update as required, contacting customers when required and informing them of any delays. Process orders over the telephone and email. Assisting customers with enquiries, following up on quotes in a timely manner.

Essential Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft office applications Good planning and organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. General administrative skills. An excellent organiser with time management skills. Good level of numeracy
