Impulse Embedded is a leading provider of industrial computing and embedded technology solutions.
We work closely with industry-leading suppliers to design, build and deliver solutions that support our customers across the UK and beyond.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Operations team and support the day-to-day running of our supply chain.
This is a process-driven role at the core of our operations, supporting procurement activity, coordinating logistics and maintaining accurate supply-chain data.

What you'll be doing

Raising and processing purchase orders with our global supplier network Communicating with suppliers to confirm lead times, prices and delivery schedules Updating and maintaining order information in Microsoft Business Central Monitoring deliveries and proactively resolving any delays or issues Coordinating consolidated shipments and working with freight partners where required Liaising with the Warehouse and Sales Support teams to ensure a smooth flow of goods and information Supporting the Supply Chain Lead with pricing updates, quotes and supplier documentation

What we're looking for

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data and systems Good communication and organisational skills Ability to manage tasks independently within defined limits and escalate where necessary A proactive, problem-solving approach and willingness to learn Some experience in purchasing, logistics or supply-chain administration (preferred but not essential) Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP system would be an advantage
