Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

to take full ownership of

Production & Material Planning

,

Customer Service

, and

Warehousing & Inventory

within a dynamic

Just-in-Time (JIT)

operation. Lead a team of 10 direct reports,

Your Mission:

Deliver best-in-class performance across:

Daily, weekly, monthly KPIs for supply chain execution On-time, in-full delivery for our customers Inventory accuracy and efficient stock levels

Key Responsibilities:

Lead production and material planning from end-to-end Take ownership of customer scorecards and service metrics Manage ERP-driven supply chain operations (Epicor preferred) Report to senior leadership and drive process improvement Inspire and develop a high-performing logistics team Champion a collaborative culture of trust and efficiency Lead stakeholder meetings to support strategic goals
What You Bring:

Proven success in a similar manufacturing-based role Strong ERP knowledge (Epicor ideal) and data-driven decision-making Experience managing large teams across multiple logistics functions Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills A proactive, hands-on mindset with a "can do" attitude customer centric, end to end customer journey experience
Located at Keighley: on site parking and a great team to take over as our current manager is away on maternity.
