The Role

Were looking for a Supply Chain Executive to support our Operations team in delivering smooth, efficient, and reliable globalfulfilment for our customers.

This is a hands on, fast paced role where attention to detail, accuracy, and strong communication are essential. Youll work closely with suppliers, freight partners, and internal teams to ensure stock levels are well managed, shipments run on time, and operational data is consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Stock Management



Run planning tools to determine required stock levels Manage forecasting, out-of-stock and overstock reviews, and stock location planning for the UK and US Maintain accurate PO data and update order trackers

Logistics & Shipping



Coordinate inbound deliveries and monitor OTIF performance Request and compare freight quotes Prepare all international shipping documentation (COO, EUR1, packing lists, commercial invoices, Lacey Acts, etc) Arrange client collections (EXW) and manage stock transfers to the US warehouse

Vendor & Warehouse Coordination



Create POs and liaise with vendors on order progress Communicate allocated orders to CZ and USA warehouses Manage day to day warehouse queries and support case resolution

Process Improvement & Reporting



Champion process automation and system efficiency Participate in annual stock counts Support KPI tracking across stock accuracy, PO and shipment OTIF, and freight performance

What Were Looking For

Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations support role Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and confident data management Exceptional attention to detail and organisation Clear, proactive communicator able to manage multiple priorities Independent problem solver with a positive, solutions-focused approach Reliable, honest, and comfortable working at pace

Measures of Success

Accurate and timely management of stock, PO, and logistics data Improved visibility and efficiency across inbound and outbound shipments Strong collaboration with suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams OTIF performance and freight costs aligned to targets
