We're growing fast and as part of this next exciting chapter, we're looking for a Supply Chain & Facilities Manager to oversee the integrated process of buying, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and facilities management. This role is vital to ensuring smooth production, operational efficiency, and the effective flow of materials from supplier to customer.

The Opportunity

As our Supply Chain & Facilities Manager, you'll take ownership of planning, procurement, logistics, and site management across our manufacturing operations. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure production continuity, deliver operational excellence, and manage the infrastructure that supports our growth.

You'll be leading a small team, ensuring performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across all supply chain and facilities activities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee planning and forecasting, analysing stock levels and orders to manage production schedules. Manage procurement and vendor relationships to ensure materials and services are delivered on time, to specification, and within budget. Lead warehousing, inventory, and logistics to optimise efficiency and cost control. Oversee facilities and site infrastructure, ensuring buildings and equipment are well maintained and compliant. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team across supply chain and facilities functions.
About You

You'll bring significant experience in planning, inventory, and facilities management, alongside a strong track record of leadership and team development. You'll be a natural problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where innovation and collaboration drive success.

What you'll need:

Minimum 5 years' experience in planning and inventory management, plus 5 years in facilities management. Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills. Experience in warehousing, logistics, and supplier management. Qualifications such as CIPS accreditation, a Diploma in Facilities Management, MSc in Supply Chain Management, or BSc in Business Management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with data management systems (Sage, Sim50 preferred). A full UK driving licence.
Desirable:

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or similar industrial environments. Managing Safety Certificate.
