Job Description


As our next Supply Chain graduate, you\'ll become a valued member of the Supply Chain team. As part of your role, you\'ll be instrumental in supporting the continued development and growth of Aston Martin.

As part of your role, you\'ll gain a full understanding of the scope of the Supply Chain department and how its key objectives link together. You\'ll have the remit to build a network both internally and externally across the supply chain department where you\'ll able to contribute and manage day-to-day operations ensuring the effective functioning of the department.

Additionally, you will manage internal and external factors to support material and vehicle floor operations, ensuring they match the ever-changing demands of our customers worldwide. Your role also involves developing individual key performance indicators to maximise cost per car and quality of services. Collaborating closely with sales, manufacturing, procurement, and suppliers, you will ensure alignment and consultation with all stakeholders, while keeping an eye on costs and suggesting and implementing continuous improvement.

  • Degree in any discipline
  • Ideally, experience gained within an Industrial Placement

This is a two-year rotational scheme within different areas of the Supply Chain department, where you\'ll spend specific periods gaining invaluable experience and knowledge within our key areas, which may include:
  • New Model Launch
  • Outbound Logistics
  • Inbound Logistics
  • MP&L (Material Planning and Logistics)
This scheme starts on Monday 2nd September 2024.
