We work closely with clients, designers and contractors across the full project lifecycle - from initial concept and prototyping through to manufacturing, site installation and final handover. Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth project delivery by managing documentation, procurement, logistics and communication between internal teams, clients and suppliers. You will contribute directly to the efficiency, compliance and overall success of each project leaving the factory, with strong emphasis on supporting the Design team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and compile accurate load lists for all projects leaving the factory.
Ensure all items and materials are correctly documented and accounted for.
Liaise with production and operations to book transport for all relevant projects.
Confirm all logistics arrangements and ensure timely delivery to site.
Collate and prepare Operation & Maintenance manuals for all required projects within agreed timescales.
Populate and maintain documentation required for environmentally accredited projects.
Source and provide supporting literature relating to BREEAM, FSC and SKA requirements.
Participate in project handover meetings to support smooth internal transitions.
Offer insight on specifications, timelines, risks and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with suppliers regarding materials and lead times.
Identify potential delays relating to long-lead items and plan accordingly.
Accurately quantify all project materials and hardware requirements.
Place orders with clear date requirements to support project schedules.

Monday - Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm & Friday: 7:00am - 2:15pm
