We're looking for a

UK Supply Chain Manager

to oversee the logistics, inventory, and order processes that ensure smooth operations at

Freddie's Farm

. As we continue to scale, you'll work closely with third-party logistics providers, monitor stock levels, and support the finance team in managing orders and payments. Key Responsibilities



Logistics & Inventory Management



Select and optimise UK logistics partners to ensure efficient stock location and distribution. Act as the first point of contact for all UK 3PL partners. Set and monitor the UK logistics budget to ensure costs align with forecasts. Oversee UK sales forecasting and collaborate with the UK sales team and HQ on warehousing, logistics, and production planning. Monitor stock levels across different locations, track logistics performance, and proactively suggest improvements. Minimise waste by ensuring efficient stock management.

Order Management & Customer Support



Oversee order entry and logistics for wholesale, national accounts, B2B, and resellers. o Manage customer inquiries regarding sales orders, shipping, deliveries, and invoices. Implement and monitor EDI connections with logistics providers and customers to track case fill rates and ensure on-time deliveries.

Finance & Compliance



Set up new customers in our system and manage the order-to-cash process. Ensure correct financial processing of orders, payments, and chargebacks, working closely with HQ Finance. Monitor debtors and creditors, provide weekly reports, and support financial analysis and follow- ups.

About You - The Ideal Candidate

Experience:

3-4 years in supply chain management within consumer goods, with hands-on experience in order management, 3PL logistics, and customer service. Experience with Excel, Xero, and Unleashed would be ideal.
