IMPACT EVOLVE are proud to be partnering again with SUNS Lifestyle to appoint their first ever Supply Chain Manager, a pivotal role in shaping the backbone of their operations.


This is a high impact opportunity for a hands-on planner who thrives in fast paced, under structured environments. SUNS Lifestyle is scaling quickly, and now needs a dedicated supply chain function that can keep pace. You'll take ownership of forecasting, purchasing, and inbound visibility, bringing rhythm, control, and clarity to a growing seasonal business.


This is not about inheriting a polished process ,you'll be building it from the ground up. From day one, you'll be accountable for designing scalable supply planning that keeps products flowing, customers happy, and growth on track.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning First - Build and maintain a rolling 3-month demand forecast using sales data, seasonality, and commercial inputs, converting it into container-level purchasing plans. Translate demand into a clear supply plan -- what to order, when, from whom, and how much. Manage purchase orders end to end and ensure

live inbound visibility

for the business. Optimise pre-order allocation to prevent overselling. Run weekly planning reviews with Sales (incl. co-owners), Customer Service, Ops, and Warehouse. Develop red-flag reporting for at risk SKUs, supplier delays, or inbound gaps. Provide proactive container updates and install readiness forecasts. Support supplier reviews with performance data (lead times, OTIF, responsiveness). Champion planning discipline and improving tools (Excel, Odoo, spreadsheets, reporting).

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in demand/supply planning in seasonal or inventory-led businesses. Hands-on operator -- planner, buyer, chaser, analyst -- all in one. Excel/Google Sheets expertise is essential (advanced user, able to build forecasting tools from scratch). Comfortable managing freight and container imports, mainly from Europe and Asia. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Odoo experience highly desirable). Skilled at balancing detail with big picture, working closely with a small but passionate team. Culturally a fit for a family run, scale up business: kind, open minded, collaborative, and able to say "no" constructively.

What Success Looks Like

Forecast accuracy drives smarter buying and confident resourcing. Planning rhythm embedded across teams, even with strong founder personalities. Overselling and stock related fire drills reduced. Supplier performance visible and improving. A supply chain function that grows with structure and control, not chaos. You'll sit alongside the Warehouse & Logistics Manager, handing over responsibility once goods arrive. Expect to spend time both in the showroom (brand immersion, collaboration with Sales/Founders) and at the warehouse (hands-on understanding of inbound and packaging).
