peat-free composts, soil blends, and horticultural substrates

to domestic homes, commercial growers, garden center's, and national retailers, we are proud to be at the forefront of sustainable horticulture. With a turnover exceeding

and strong year-on-year growth, we are now looking for a dedicated

Supply Chain Manager

to lead and optimize our supply chain functions as we continue to scale.

The Role a

s Supply Chain Manager, you will take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain, ensuring efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across the business. This is a

hands-on, varied role

requiring both strategic vision and practical execution in a fast-paced, highly seasonal environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Supplier management and raw material procurement Production planning and scheduling Logistics coordination and transport planning Finished goods inventory management Working closely with the Managing Director, Composting Manager, commercial, and customer service teams

What We're Looking For

Strong supply chain and operations management experience (ideally in manufacturing, agriculture, horticulture, or FMCG) Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day operations Strong communication and relationship management skills

What We Offer

55,000 per annum
