We're looking for a proactive Supply Chain Manager to power our next stage of growth, bringing innovative, plant-based products to customers around the globe.

The Opportunity:

This is more than just a supply chain role, it's a chance to shape the future of how we source, manufacture, and deliver our products globally. You'll manage end-to-end operations across three brands, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and scalability as we grow into new international markets.

From raw materials and packaging to production planning, logistics, and customer fulfilment, you'll be the central force connecting our ambitious plans with smooth, smart operations.

What You'll Do:

Lead and optimise the end-to-end supply chain from sourcing and procurement to production, inventory, and delivery, ensuring operations meet consumer and retail demand.

Manage supplier relationships, selecting, evaluating, and developing key partners while negotiating terms, driving performance, and building strong, future-focused partnerships.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, and Accounts teams to align supply chain plans with business goals, manage budgets, and deliver accurate forecasts.

Monitor and improve operational performance, analysing data to solve challenges, mitigate risks, and implement continuous process improvements that enhance efficiency and sustainability.

Ensure product quality, compliance, and safety, working closely with the HACCP team and addressing any non-conformances in a timely and proactive manner.

Drive strategic growth initiatives, supporting international expansion and developing environmentally responsible supply chain practices that future-proof the business.

About You:

Proven experience managing supply chain operations in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Comprehensive understanding of Lean Manufacturing techniques and a strong commitment to driving a continuous improvement culture across all functions.

Analytical and commercially focused, with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and present actionable insights to senior management.

Experienced in managing BRC compliance within the supply chain, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and audit readiness.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of fostering strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Proficient in both insourcing and outsourcing strategies, ensuring operational efficiency, cost effectiveness, and alignment with sustainability goals.

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is desirable.
