Work closely with internal teams in the UK, including customs, operations, and customer service, to deliver a seamless door-to-door customer experience.
Support client relationship management by providing professional supply chain insights, increasing customer trust, and strengthening long-term partnerships.
Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant trade regulations, customs requirements, and internal governance standards.
