The Role:



We're now looking for a

Supply Chain Manager

to oversee and manage the Wild supply plan - from purchasing and manufacturing, to delivery of goods to our fulfilment centre. You'll manage suppliers, own stock ordering and control, ensure the right amount of product is made at the right time, and organise the movement of goods to/from suppliers. You'll also support cost and margin improvement initiatives and supply readiness for new product launches.


This role reports into our Supply Chain Lead and is a

mid-level role.



Some of your responsibilities:

Supply Planning & Reporting

Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and contract manufacturers, with weekly check-ins and clear communication Process management: Lead the ordering process, raise POs, manage production schedules, and ensure timely supplier readiness for product launches Reporting & KPIs: Produce accurate reports to track stock levels, stock cover (e.g. days on hand), and supplier performance - using insights to drive planning decisions Commercial: Support cost-of-goods (COGS) and gross margin improvement by identifying efficiencies, negotiating with suppliers, and optimising unit economics Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial and Demand Planning teams to align supply with forecasts, campaign plans, and retailer needs Sustainability: Consider the environmental and ethical impact of supply chain decisions in line with our sustainability goals

Inventory Management

Partner with the Fulfilment team to ensure our 3PLs maintain the right stock levels to meet DTC and retail demand Improve end-to-end supply chain performance and identify opportunities for innovation and cost optimisation Support S&OP and monthly planning processes to align production, inventory and sales activity Develop contingency plans and manage risks across suppliers and logistics to maintain continuity and protect service Monitor inventory health, reduce ageing stock, and ensure FIFO is consistently followed by all fulfilment partners


What we need from you:

3+ years of Supply Chain experience, ideally in Skincare, Bodycare, Beauty or FMCG Experience working with 3rd party component/packaging suppliers and contract manufacturers Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with Brightpearl is a plus Commercially minded - confident analysing costs, tracking supply chain KPIs and supporting margin initiatives Highly organised, numerate and detail-oriented, with a process-driven approach Action-oriented and great at managing a busy, fast-paced workload Excellent communicator with a collaborative, problem-solving mindset Excited by autonomy and the opportunity to shape systems and processes from the ground up Passionate about sustainability and genuinely interested in Wild's mission and products
