This is a full time, hybrid role involving a minimum of 3 x office days per week at our pet-friendly support office in Waltham Abbey (Essex) or our DC in Middlewich and up to 2 x days per week from home (or other Jollyes location as preferred). 37.5 hours per week.




The Role: Supply Chain Manager




Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain and managing a small team of field based Analysts, key measurements include forecast accuracy vs actual sales, management of our 3PL providers, stock turnover rate, cost per unit moved, product availability, SLA adherence and NPS scores.

Leadership & Team Management




Coach and develop a high-performing team of Supply Chain Analysts Allocate category responsibilities and foster a collaborative, value-led culture Step in for the Head of Supply Chain when needed

Category Ownership




Manage your own product category with precision and insight Forecast demand, monitor supplier performance, and ensure stock availability Identify risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies

Supplier & 3PL Collaboration




Work closely with our 3PL partner to ensure smooth inbound logistics Partner with Buying to align on launches, replenishment, and supplier capacity Explore backhaul opportunities to optimise costs

Planning & Forecasting




Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts Translate sales and promotional plans into actionable stock requirements Continuously review supply performance and stock health

Process Improvement & Reporting




Lead initiatives to boost efficiency and accuracy Deliver insightful reports to Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain leadership Support system optimisation and collaborate with Space Planning






The Skills - Supply Chain Manager




To be successful in this role, you'll need the following skills, experience and qualities:


A background in supply chain planning, forecasting or analyst roles (Ideally within retail or FMCG) Progression into Supply Chain team management with good leadership and team development skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to work with large data sets Excellent communication and relationship building skills Proficiency with supply chain planning tools (e.g. Slim), Excel and data visualisation platforms Aligned with our values
