Summary

The 'Supply chain manager' role is vital in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growth and success by enhancing procurement, customer service and dispatch functions with our company's values.

Responsibilities

Lead the Procurement function to support day to day activities and business growth. Responsible for customer order processing and dispatch and invoicing to our partners Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and communication Oversee operations to ensure timely delivery of raw materials according to the production plan and finished products. Utilise ERP systems such as Netsuite to monitor supply chain performance. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise costs. Communicate to partners regarding dispatch dates and sensitive information

Qualifications

Proven experience in Procurement and Supply chain management ideally within the cosmetics or personal care industry. Strong proficiency using ERP systems. Excellent analytical, communication, organisational and prioritisational skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
