Role overview



You will be responsible for reviewing and processing warranty claims, ensuring they adhere to company policies and regulations.

Communicating with customers and internal stakeholders about claim statuses and resolving any issues.

Overseeing the warranty process from initial claim through to final resolution.

Analysing warranty data to identify trends, patterns and recurring issues to inform product development and warranty processes

Monitor the warranty budget and inform on a weekly basis on track figures against the set target for the financial year.

Key tasks



Work with the sourcing and supply chain team to establish and implement warranty-related policies and procedures for any potential new supplier or equipment Manage warranty processes, claims, and daily warranty operations Analyse and evaluate warranty data and claims to determine validity, accuracy, and eligibility Liaise and collaborate with customers, suppliers, colleagues, warehouse operations and manufacturers to address and resolve warranty-related issues. Produce regular reports and analyses on warranty claims and performance metrics Administer warranty costs and budgets, including forecasting and expenses Collaborate with customer service, quality assurance, and product development teams on identifying and resolving recurring issues

Knowledge and Skills
