About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Optimisation Specialist to join our UK Packaging division, playing a key role in the continuous improvement of our Supply Chain function.
In this role, you'll be responsible for gathering, standardising, and analysing data to uncover performance gaps and generate actionable insights. Your work will drive the optimisation of supply chain processes and contribute to strategic decision-making across the business.Key Responsibilities:Data Cleansing: Identify and drive resolution of data quality issues. Data & Performance Analysis: Provide analytical insights to enhance supply chain performance. Network Optimisation: Assess the current supply chain portfolio to drive improvements. Scenario Planning: Work cross-functionally with business leaders to create detailed plans for the 3-5yr horizon. Scheduling Optimisation: Collaborate with our production planning teams to develop improved ways of working.

About You
We are looking for a data-driven individual with experience in supply chain operations and a passion for uncovering new insights. Your analytical mindset will allow you to interpret complex data, identify root causes, and prioritise problem-solving efforts.
With excellent interpersonal skills, you'll be confident in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders across various business functions. Your ability to translate data into meaningful actions will be key to driving improvements in supply chain efficiency.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree within business/supply chain or equivalent business experience Previous experience of working in a Supply Chain role Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Extensive experience working with large, complex datasets to create actionable insights Understanding of statistical analysis and master data structures Knowledge of sub-regional markets, logistics operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes Previous experience working with relevant systems
