Supply Chain Planner

Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planner to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collect, analyse, and interpret supply chain data to support efficient operations, optimise inventory, and enhance overall performance. You'll collaborate closely with teams across sales, operations, and manufacturing to ensure smooth, data-driven supply chain processes.

A bit about the role:



Data & Analysis



Collect and analyse supply chain data from ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Develop reports and dashboards to monitor key supply chain metrics and performance indicators. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Identify trends in sales data to support range forecasting and manage aged stock in collaboration with the Sales team. Analyse competitor lead times to highlight opportunities for improving SLAs and strengthening Keylite's market competitiveness. Maintain accurate ERP data and ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with security protocols.

Inventory & Order Management



Process purchase orders, track shipments, and maintain optimal inventory levels across all warehouse locations. Use MRP and other system tools to manage replenishment and stock allocation. Work with the Quotes team to review sales pipeline opportunities and adjust stocked SKUs to enhance service levels. Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, or inventory discrepancies promptly and professionally.

Communication & Coordination



Communicate order and shipment updates effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Collaborate with supply chain, sales, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination. Provide departmental support and coverage during holiday absences or peak business periods.

What we are looking for:



Preferred Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics coordination, or data analysis.

Desired Skills & Experience



Proficiency with ERP and supply chain management systems. Strong understanding of supply chain metrics and KPIs. Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel user (including DAX, Power BI, or similar data analysis tools). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
