Reporting to the Chief supply chain officer, the successful candidate in this role will be responsible for the execution of Supply Chain Planning activities across Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory Management and Order Fulfilment to achieve Product Availability and Stock Turn goals. You will likely have experience with:

Key tasks will include:



Participating in monthly Sales & Operations Planning Supply Review process and executing associated actions Working closely with Contract Manufacturers to ensure production plan adherence, and that any risk of deviation (materials, schedule, quality) is escalated for mitigation Working with Contract Manufacturers/Supply Chain Manager to proactively report on end-of-life/last-time-buy component opportunities Participating in weekly Sales & Operations Execution process Maintenance of lead-times within system - expediting purchase orders to ensure adherence to agreed lead-times Setting up and maintenance of approved vendors ensuring all critical system fields are complete and correct Obtaining quotes and updating of product costings in system. Escalates any inflationary risks Maintenance of revisions and updates to Contract Manufactures to assure accuracy Handling product returns and the RMA process, proactively communicating with the Contract Manufacturers throughout the entire cycle to ensure a seamless customer experience Supporting Chief Supply Chain Officer/Supply Chain Manager with projects across excess & obsolete inventory and manufacturing transfer initiatives

Education/experience must haves:



Experience of planning within a Supply Chain/Operations function Minimum 3 years-experience in a related role

Nice to haves:



Bachelor's degree, or Professional Qualification in a related field Knowledge of Contract Manufacturing within the Technology sector

Essential skills:



Excellent working knowledge of Excel Good working knowledge of other Microsoft Apps e.g. Word, PPT, Teams Self-starter - able to work with minimal guidance Good communication skills - written and spoken

Nice to haves:



Knowledge of Unleashed or similar Inventory Management systems
