Senior Supply Chain Planner
to join our
Expedite Operations team
at the JCB site in East Midlands Gateway. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support daily expedite operations, ensuring smooth supply chain execution.
Produce and analyse internal and external reports, including client KPIs and operational performance metrics.
Supervise and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
Liaise with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
Attend client meetings and represent Maersk in cross-functional project teams.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Support problem-solving initiatives by developing a deep understanding of client operations and supply chain challenges.

Who We're Looking For
Proven experience in
supply chain planning
, ideally within
automotive, manufacturing, or production line equipment
sectors.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in
Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools
.
Experience in
supervising or mentoring
team members.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
