The Supply Chain Planner plays a key role in supporting the Head of Supply Chain with the day-to-day management of all materials in line with company requirements. The position ensures optimum levels of customer service while minimising waste and maintaining efficient stock control.
Reynolds Food Group is a family-run business supplying fresh produce and chilled products to some of the UK's most recognisable restaurant brands, including Pizza Express, Zizzi, Ask, Bills, and Cote.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to the overall planning and forecasting strategy.
Manage and maintain stock levels of materials.
Raise purchase orders considering forecasts, lead times, shelf life, and minimum order quantities.
Ensure all raw materials are sourced through approved suppliers.
Analyse and challenge demand changes, liaising with stakeholders to minimise stock impact.
Produce long- and short-term reports to identify at-risk materials linked to specific SKUs.
Manage changes to plans and assess their impact on materials and packaging.
Consider waste reduction, shelf-life extensions, and customer lead times to ensure availability.
Escalate issues and concerns through the appropriate channels.
Maintain clear visibility of incoming materials and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with Procurement, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Quality teams.
Communicate with suppliers to ensure delivery requirements are met.
Support suppliers with booking procedures and compliance.
Participate in daily internal communications and planning meetings.

Proficiency in planning systems and Microsoft Office applications.
