Quality & Compliance Oversight
Full ownership of the Quality Management System (QMS) including documentation structure, version control and SOP enforcement.
Lead supplier, manufacturer and logistics audits in partnership with the Demand Planning & Procurement Manager and Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.
Maintain and execute recall procedures, qualification files, audit trails and regulatory logs.
Track and support resolution of customer complaints, quality issues and non-conformances.
Supplier Qualification & Documentation
Coordinate qualification of all new CMOs, suppliers and logistics providers in line with internal and regulatory standards.
Maintain supplier compliance files, certificates and corrective action follow-up documentation.
Ensure consistency and governance around product bibles, technical documentation and BOM integrity.
Product Compliance & Labelling
Manage product label version control and ensure cross-functional signoff from regulatory, design and NPD.
Liaise with external regulatory consultants and market-specific experts to ensure ongoing global compliance.
Provide regulatory documentation for customs, import/export requirements and partner onboarding.
Support Brand and NPD teams in ensuring products meet quality, labelling and documentation requirements from concept through launch.
SOP Development & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Operations teams to create, maintain and improve SOPs relevant to manufacturing, logistics, and documentation.
Support internal teams in understanding compliance requirements and documentation best practices.

Application question(s):
Do you have 1-3+ years in quality, regulatory, supply chain compliance or documentation control (FMCG, wellness, supplements or pharma preferred).
Experience with QMS systems, audit preparation and supplier qualification.
Degree or certification in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs or related field.

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, or similar quality standards.
o
Experience working with cross-market regulatory consultants.
o
Familiarity with global labelling and claims compliance (UK/EU/ANZ/USA).
