Supply Chain Scheduler
to join our Supply Chain team in Minffordd.
Working on a
4 on / 4 off shift pattern (7am - 7pm)
, you will play a key role in managing daily planning and scheduling to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities Create and manage daily production and delivery schedules using Excel-based tools.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, transport, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on schedules and priorities.
Adjust plans in real time to accommodate delays, shortages, or urgent orders.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to confirm availability and timelines.
Identify scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, or risks and recommend effective solutions.
Monitor performance and maintain accurate records of planning activities.
Provide regular updates and structured handovers at the start and end of each shift.
Previous experience in a supply chain, planning, or coordination role.
Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise across multiple departments.
Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, adapting quickly to change.
* Comfortable working independently while being part of a wider team.
