About Elite Beef
Elite Beef is one of the largest integrated cattle programmes in the UK. We are committed to delivering top-quality cattle through strong partnerships with our producers and innovative supply chain practices. What youll be doing:
Building brilliant, long lasting relationships with beef producers
Help grow the Elite Beef network by finding and onboarding new producers, and supporting current producers
Offer practical support and advice to help farms meet our standards
Work closely with our livestock team to manage cattle movements
Analysing data to ensure performance to meet specifications
Track and review forecasts, working alongside our industry partner
Keep communication flowing between farms, teams and abattoir
Attend and represent the brand at farm shows, events, and industry meet ups
Be a passionate advocate for the Elite Beef name in everything you do
About you
Were looking for someone with a background in agriculture, livestock production, or agri-sales with strong interpersonal and communication skills as we need you to build trusted relationships with farmers. You must also be confident in a sales environment, including cold calling, farm visits and event networking.
You will also be:
Well organised with good logistical awareness
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Knowledgeable on cattle production, welfare and supply chain process
Comfortable using Microsoft and/or G Suite tools
