This is a chance to join a company at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, offering up to 45,000 per year, free on-site parking, and genuine career progression opportunities - including future development towards Supply Chain Management.

Why Join OGM

At OGM, we're one of the UK's leading technical moulding and manufacturing companies - combining innovation, quality, and engineering excellence to deliver world-class products for global clients across multiple sectors.

As a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play a key part in developing the capability, agility, and efficiency of our supply chain team - supporting purchasing, supplier management, and order fulfilment to help achieve our target of 100% on-time delivery.

You'll work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, deputising when required and leading improvement projects to strengthen systems, people, and performance. This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the NPI team to introduce new products and materials into the supply chain. Develop, document, and improve supply chain processes and KPIs. Lead or support projects focused on people development, systems improvement, and cost optimisation. Work cross-functionally with logistics, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery. Promote a culture of continuous improvement across all areas of the supply chain.

What We're Looking For

You're an experienced, proactive Supply Chain professional who enjoys solving problems and improving processes. You'll bring strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and an ability to collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals.

Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supplier management. Experience within a manufacturing environment would be desirable. Understanding of supply chain systems (ERP/MRP) and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience within manufacturing or an industrial environment.

Desirable:

Line management or team development experience. Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. Familiarity with import/export and trade compliance.

What You'll Get

At OGM, we believe in rewarding hard work and long-term commitment:

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 depending on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week (core hours between 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday- Thursday & Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm) Location: On-site in Oxford - free on-site parking available Contract: Full-time, permanent Holiday: 22 days per year (rising annually with service, up to 27 days) Pension: 3% company contribution Training & Development: Management development pathway and professional support (e.g. CIPS or degree sponsorship considered for the right candidate) Stability & Growth: Be part of a family-owned business with a 10-year track record in strong organic growth and through diversification and acquisition.
