The Role

We are looking for

Supply Cover Teachers

to join our team. This is a flexible role that gives you the chance to work in different schools across Manchester. No two days are the same -- you'll be covering lessons, supporting pupils, and helping schools run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Deliver pre-planned lessons or supervise classes in the absence of the usual teacher. Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment. Adapt to different schools, year groups, and subjects. Provide support to students where needed.

Requirements

No previous teaching experience required - full support provided. A passion for working with young people. Good communication and organisational skills. A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply - we can assist). Flexibility and a positive attitude.
