About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Early Years Educator to help support and shape the early development of children aged 0-5. You'll be part of a vibrant, caring environment where children are encouraged to thrive emotionally, socially, and cognitively through meaningful play and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily routines and engaging activities that support learning and well-being. Ensure children are safe, secure, and nurtured in a stimulating environment. Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate learning experiences. Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development. Collaborate with a supportive team to maintain a positive learning atmosphere. Keep the nursery environment clean, organised, and inviting.

What We're Looking For

A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (essential). Previous experience in an early years or childcare setting. A warm, positive personality with the ability to inspire and motivate. A strong understanding of early childhood development. Great communication and organisational skills. A commitment to continuous professional development.
