Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Supply to join our team. This role involves covering hours required within the nursery such as additional staffing requirements for outings, walks, trips to staff holidays and absences. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the early experiences of children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

We would give you as much notice for regular hours and be in touch if we required cover for unplanned absences.

Duties

Stepping in to fill gaps in staffing and meet the needs of the setting and it's users. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Provide high-quality childcare, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and development.

Key Characteristics

Ability to be flexible and meet demand for cover. Communication skills A warm personality that will make our children feel welcome.

Experience

Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 38 per week
