As part of a group of six colleges across East Kent (Ashford, Broadstairs, Canterbury, Dover, Folkestone, Sheppey), plus our apprenticeship and adult training units, you'll have opportunities to be considered for work across a range of learning environments. Many of our Supply Lecturers go on to secure further roles within the Group.

As a Supply Lecturer, you will:

Please note that our Supply Lecturers are paid 18.72 per hour worked and if planning and admin is required, a further half an hour may be claimed per hour of teaching. 140 per day is therefore for rate for 5 hours teaching with 2.5 hours of planning and admin.
Any addition to the approved staffing list is not a guarantee of employment or hours of work. Once you have been interviewed and all pre-employment checks are complete, you will then be placed within the supply pool of staff available for temporary work. You'll be able to teach a range of study programmes and courses from

, motivating learners to achieve and reach their full potential.

Ideally you will have experience teaching in Business
